Illegally parked e-scooters

An official from Songpa District Office removes an illegally parked electric scooter near Garak Market Station in the district, Seoul, Thursday. The city government began taking away e-scooters that are parked at 13 places designated as no-parking areas for the vehicles, such as subway stations, bus stops and building entrances.
